1. Order Processing
- Orders are reviewed immediately after successful payment.
- Processing normally requires 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
- During promotional events or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may require additional time.
Once your package has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery begins after processing has been completed.

3. Order Tracking
Every shipped order receives a tracking number.
Tracking information is generally activated within 24–72 hours after shipment.
Customers can monitor their shipment using the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email.

The final carrier may vary depending on the destination country.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Occasionally, promotional campaigns may include discounted or complimentary shipping.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address causes a delivery failure, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If an order has not yet entered processing, our support team will gladly assist with address corrections.
7. Customs & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or governmental fees required by local authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.
8. Delayed Deliveries
Although we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, unexpected delays occasionally occur.

9. Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact us.
Our logistics team will investigate directly with the carrier before determining the most appropriate resolution.
10. Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the parcel before opening.
- Photograph any damaged items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.
No additional shipping charges apply.
12. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before processing begins.
Once fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
